Joyce Schroeder is an organizational change consultant with a Master¹s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. She has extensive experience working with groups, both large and small, designing and implementing customized safety culture interventions. She is an expert in delivering the safety culture change assessment and was instrumental in developing the ³Implementing Culture Change² and "Coaching the Coach" public seminars, the safety culture teleclasses and the training manuals for the Safety Culture ToolkitTM. A frequent guest speaker, she will be presenting a one-day seminar at the 2012 ASSE Safety Exposition in Denver and she will be a plenary speaker at a Leadership Conference at the Earlham School of Religion this summer. Among her many clients are Bristol-Myers Squibb, Con Edison, Molson Coors, PSE&G, and The Smithsonian Institution.
